The impressive Saturnine Terminators and Dreadnought

After a patient wait, it looks like the internet has struck again and the launch date and price of Games Workshop’s upcoming new edition of Horus Heresy, Saturnine, has leaked. The new set is due to release on July 26, 2025, and will cost £195, which is British pounds.

Timeline-wise, that would likely mean we will see full previews appear on Warhammer Community this week, with pre-orders going live on July 12, with release on July 26. That price point is particularly interesting, coming in lower than I think most people would have thought, if the leak, which appeared on Reddit, is accurate.

A £195 price would be superb value for money for a box that appears to contain about £400 worth of product, although there are no individual unit prices yet to really know how accurate that is. It will get really interesting to see online retailers selling that with their discounts, making it superb value. This would put it in the $315 range for American buyers.

For now, all this is just a leak, but we will be waiting to see how this all shakes out as the Saturnine boxed set is shaping up to be a must-have product for fans of Horus Heresy.

Aidan started in the hobby all the way back in 1989 with Hero Quest, quickly getting into Space Crusade, and then on into second edition Warhammer 40,000. Over the years he has played just about everything you can think of, but current favorite are Cyberpunk Red Combat Zone, Horus Heresy, Trench Crusade, and Dungeons and Dragons.
